We use the finest ingredients to make our cookies: Flour, Sugar, Salt, Eggs, Butter, Leavening and Flavorings. No preservatives are used. Each cookie is handmade using great care and personal touches. Expect these Springerle to be soft and chewy inside but crunchy outside. Stored in an airtight container, in a cool dry place, they will keep for weeks but become hard with age. Traditionally they were to be dunked in beverages.
