	Palais Adelmann Springerle   2-2-1/2” x 1-3/4” 12 cookies. $42.00 in same flavor. Our exclusive mold “Palais Adelmann” has 12 different pictures that are very detailed and each measure about 2-1/2” x 1-3/4”. This mold was the work of a Master Carver and we are told that it was used during the Christmas holidays at the Palais Adelmann in Ellwangen, Germany. These very beautiful Springerle cookies were served to the guests of the Palais. Now you have the opportunity to present cookies made from a replica of this mold. You will receive 12 very detailed Springerle with designs that royalty and their guests have enjoyed.
	Adolph Lieb Springerle  2” x 1-3/8” 16 cookies. $34.00 in same flavor. The two molds used for these Springerle cookies are from a former bakery in the Biberach an der Riss region of Germany. The bakery (Conditorei-Café) was founded in 1803 by Adolph Lieb. These cookie molds  have been passed down in his family since at least then and were used at the bakery as early as 1810 or 1830. Unfortunately, after the death of the last baker/owner (W. Lieb) in 2001 the bakery closed. After being used for hundreds of Christmas seasons, the edges are slightly worn but the images still retain the attention to detail. There are wild and domestic animals, a jester, pies and 4 images of Bishops or Popes. Just as these cookies have pleased countless others for 2 centuries, you can now send them to please someone important to you.
	TSB Santa 2011 "Twas The Night Before Christmas" 4-3/4" x 2-7/8" 1-5 cookies - $5.95 each 6-10 cookies - $5.50 each This cookie is from a 2011 limited edition mold (offered by The Springerle Baker) and features the well known scene from "Twas The Night Before Christmas". This cookie is reminiscent of an old Christmas card and delivers the greeting, "A Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night! The detail in this cookie is beautiful, especially the eight tiny reindeer!
	TSB Snowman 2011 "Happy New Year" 4-3/4" x 2-1/2" 1-5 cookies - $5.95 each 6-10 cookies - $5.50 each This cookie is from a 2011 mold (offered by The Springerle Baker) and features two children beneath a pine tree making a very friendly looking snowman. The snow is steadily falling and the young boy is trying to warm his hands. You can see determination and skill in the young girls face. The details are great with the snow flakes, pine needles and cones, buttons, eyes and hair showing up quite well.
	Lieb Angel  2-7/8” x 3-1/4” 1-5 cookies   - $5.95 each 6-10 cookies - $5.50 each The mold used for this great Angel is also from Adolph Lieb’s bakery, Conditorei-Café, in the Biberach an der Riss region of Germany. Founded in 1803, this mold was used at the bakery for hundreds of Christmas seasons. The cookie measures 2-7/8” x 3-1/4” and is great anytime of the year or as a holiday present or stocking stuffer. It is sold individually or in multiples, in the same flavor.

The Springerle Bakery Santa

This delightful cookie is from the first mold in a series from The Springerle Bakery titled, “All About Santas”. Notice the patch on his sack, and the toys not only in his sack but in his pocket also. The lighted candle on the Christmas tree reflects a time from long ago. This cookie makes a great Christmas gift for all ages and certainly for those that collect Santas.

Healing of Tobias

This religious Springerle cookie is from a reproduction of a very old mold, which tells the story of Tobias. It is found in the Septuagint and the Apocrypha as the Book of Tobit. The story tells about God sending the Archangel Raphael to guide Tobias in his choice of a wife and in healing Tobias’ blind father, Tobit. “Raphael” means God is Healing.

This large, beautiful cookie is made from a replica of the medieval period’s original mold located in the Wurttenbergishes Museum in Stuttgart, Germany. The attention to detail is very obvious and the original mold was surely the work of a Master Carver. This makes a great Christmas gift for one person or a gift to be shared by several people.

In this section we have Springerle cookies designs that work well as edible favors for bridal / baby showers as well as for weddings. Although these are the designs that are most often chosen, we would be glad to work with you in choosing substitutions. Please note that the pictures have been enlarged, in order to show the detail. All 3 flavors are available, but Lemon seems to please diverse crowds the best. If you have any questions or would like samples, please feel free to contact us.

Wedding or Bridal Showers
For edible favors that are sure to make an unusual and lasting impression on your guests, choose Springerle cookies. Designs with romance or flowers are usually selected; we have pictured some examples. These can be sent either in bulk or individually wrapped in clear Polypropylene bags, and tied with a ribbon.
