We make our Marzipan candy from scratch and use the smaller Springerle molds to shape it. It is great eaten fresh or can be saved for several weeks in a cool, dry place. Marzipan candy shaped this way is truly a beautiful piece of edible art. *Please note that Marzipan contains ground almonds.
